Chairman
As President and CEO Doug is responsible for iHealth
Technologies strategy, growth, operations and team. A
veteran health care executive, Doug has assembled a
senior management team of experienced leaders from the
payor arena, health care technology, care management
and informatics. Prior to establishing iHT in 2001,
Doug was the CEO of Magellan Specialty Health. He was
also Executive Vice President of Vivra and served in
senior roles at CIGNA Healthcare. Doug received a BSBA
from Appalachian State University.
JOSEPH H. GLEBERMAN
Joe has been a Managing Director in the
Principal Investment Area at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
since 1996. He joined Goldman, Sachs and Co. in 1982
and became a Partner in 1990. Joe focuses on
investments in Technology and Health Care as well as
industrial companies. He serves on the Board of
Directors of IPC Acquisition Corp. and BPC Holdings, as
well as several private companies. Joe
received his MBA in 1982 from Stanford University
Graduate School of Business and a MA/BA from Yale
University in 1980.
BRAD KREICK
As founder and Chief Executive Officer, Brad Kreick
oversees the management and direction of BRK Ventures,
an investment and management services company. Prior to
founding BRK Ventures, Brad was a member of the
executive management team at Oxford Health Plans, Inc.
He has also served in a variety of senior operating and
corporate management positions at Healthsource, Inc.
from 1992 through early 1998. Brad is also on the Board
of Directors of (i) Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nashua,
NH, (ii) The Conway Arena of Nashua, NH and (iii) The
Advisory Board of the Adult Learning Center of Nashua,
NH. Brad is a 1991 graduate of Brown University.
ANN HUNTRESS LAMONT
Ann Huntress Lamont has been with Oak Investment
Partners since 1982 and became a General Partner in
1986. Ann focuses on healthcare and financial services
information technology. Ann's more recent
investments include Athenahealth, American Esoterics,
CareMedic, Harbor Payments, Health Dialog, iHealth
Technologies, Psychiatric Solutions, NetSpend, United
BioSource and Vesta. Prior services investments include
Odyssey Healthcare, Pacific Dental Benefits, Radiant
Research and Oak Tree Health Plan/Oxford Health. Prior
to joining Oak, Ann was a research associate with
Hambrecht & Quist. Ann received her BA in Political
Science from Stanford University.
RUBEN J. KING-SHAW
Ruben Jose King-Shaw Jr. is active in the health care
industry where he is an advocate, a shareholder, a
board member and an advisor to some of the sector's
most innovative companies. He serves on the Board of
Directors of the following corporations: WellCare
Health Plans, Inc., Quality of Life Health Care, Inc,
Athenahealth, Inc., and The Scripps Florida Funding
Corporation of Palm Beach, FL. In addition, Ruben is
trustee of The Florida Education Foundation of
Tallahassee, FL and is Vice Chairman and Senior Policy
Advisor at the Solutions Institute of Bethesda, MD.
Ruben served as Secretary of the Florida Agency for
Health Care Administration, then served in the George
W. Bush Administration from 2001 to 2003 as the Chief
Operating Officer and Deputy Administrator of the
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and
Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury. Ruben
is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a Master
of International Business at FIU and the Instituto de
Empresas in Madrid, Spain. He also holds a Master of
Health Services Administration from Florida
International University.
RAHEEL ZIA
Raz is a Vice President in the San Francisco office of
Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area. He focuses on
opportunities in the software and services sectors.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Raz was with Bessemer Venture
Partners, where he was an early investor in HyperRoll,
GoTV Networks and Streambase. From 2000-2002, he was
Founder & CEO of Knumi, a wireless applications
company which he led until its sale to
Houghton-Mifflin. Raz has held product management &
engineering roles at AltaVista and DEC, and he was also
a member of the Technology Investment Banking team at
Citigroup. Raz holds an MBA from Harvard Business
School and engineering degrees from London University (
M.Sc.) and Manchester University (B.Eng ). He is also a
qualified CPA.
