Project Manager

We are seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Project Managers for our Atlanta, GA office. *Please note that no relocation assistance is available for this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager will be accountable for helping to define a consistent project delivery methodology, managing our individual or multiple internal projects following a consistent delivery methodology with a high level of quality, consistency and timeliness.

We are looking for three PM's one each in the following areas: Software Development, Business Process Management, Technical Infrastructure/HW

REQUIREMENTS
The following experience is required
  1. Project management
  2. People management
  3. Client-facing service delivery
  4. Custom or packaged application delivery
The following experience is preferred
  • Claims process operations or technical
Ability to:
  • Pay attention to detail while keeping focused on the big picture
  • Raise issues or question norms in an un-offensive manner
  • Diffuse conflict by separating fact and emotion
  • Delegate tasks to individuals while ensuring quality of deliverables
  • Proficiently use Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project)
  • Be sensitive to client politics and identify and execute ways to influence their thinking
Ability to
  • Explain difficult concepts in a simple way.
  • Speak in front of small and medium sized groups.
  • Communicate complicated concepts orally or via written materials.
  • Communicate politically sensitive message to individuals across organizational boundaries in written or oral form
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Undergraduate degree, PMP certification required
