J. DOUGLAS WILLIAMS

Chief Executive Officer & President

As President and CEO Doug is responsible for iHealth Technologies strategy, growth, operations and team. A veteran health care executive, Doug has assembled a senior management team of experienced leaders from the payor arena, health care technology, care management and informatics. Prior to establishing iHT in 2001, Doug was the CEO of Magellan Specialty Health. He was also Executive Vice President of Vivra and served in senior roles at CIGNA Healthcare. Doug received a BSBA from Appalachian State University.

CURTIS CAIN

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Curtis is responsible for finance and administration of iHealth Technologies. Over the past 20 years, Curtis has served in a variety of financial and general management positions within the technology industry, including Senior Vice President & General Manager with Infor Global Solutions, Chief Financial Officer for Knowlagent, XcelleNet and iFleet, as well as Chief Executive Officer of ADAM Software. He has also served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps. Curtis earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State, MS in Systems Management from University of Southern California and MBA from Harvard.

DAVID BEAULIEU

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Dave is responsible for assessing and architecting the internal operations of iHealth Technologies. Dave has over 31 years experience in health care, including Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales & Business Solutions at DST Health Solutions, Chief Operating Officer at Amisys-Synertech, Managing Director of the Government Business Group at First Consulting Group and he spent 18 years at CIGNA Healthcare in various roles. Dave received his BA from Bates College.

RICHARD POZEN, MD

Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer

As co-founder, EVP and CMO of iHT, Richard oversees the clinical elements of operations and product development. Previously, he served as CMO of Magellan Specialty Health; Regional President of Vivra; founder of Cardiology Network, Inc.; and, practiced as a Cardiologist for 13 years. Richard graduate with a BA from the University of Chicago and received his MD degree from the New Jersey College of Medicine.

MARK A. BESH

Executive Vice President

Mark joined iHT in September of 2008. In his role he is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's growth and revenue retention strategies for all lines of business. Prior to joining iHT, Mark was executive vice president of Schaller Anderson, Incorporated and CEO of Schaller Anderson Healthcare. He was also senior vice president and partner at Pacific Income Advisors, Santa Monica, Calif., and held several senior positions at CIGNA Healthcare. Mark received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona

KEVIN YORK

Chief Information Officer

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Kevin leads iHT's technology development, operations and service delivery and is responsible for iHT's continued competitive advantage in these areas. His prior experience includes various technology management positions at both Magellan Specialty Health and Vivra, a national leader in health technology and management. Kevin received his Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia, and MBA from Georgia State University.

MATTHEW HAWLEY

Senior Vice President of Client Integration and Operations

In his role leading iHT's Implementation Services group, Matthew is responsible for ensuring iHT's technology and services are integrated with a client's operations efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining iHT, Matthew was a senior manager within Accenture's Healthcare Services consulting practice. At Accenture Matthew's clients included Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and other commercial payers, where he was responsible for system, process change and outsourcing initiatives. Matthew received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

VALERIE USILTON

Senior Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development

As Senior Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development and a member of the executive team, Valerie is responsible for creating a workforce and culture aligned to the growth and successful business operations of iHealth Technologies. This includes developing the strategy, design and process execution for leadership development, recruiting, compensation, performance management and succession planning. Prior to joining iHealth Technologies, Valerie was the Group Director of Talent Management for The Coca Cola Company. Before joining Coca Cola she spent 15 years with Bank of America as an SVP of Human Resources. Valerie has an extensive healthcare background having previously been the General Manager of a Health Maintenance Organization before moving into Human Resources. She attended Georgia State University, Business Administration, 1978.
